Nowah: "Beside You"
Busy cultivating his sound in the hills of Cheyenne, Wyoming, Noah Kinney a.k.a Nowah has been brewing up his own tasty batch of lo-fi indie rock jams for years now. Originally beginning by tracking his own demos in GarageBand he eventually reached out to Boston Based Label and Production Studio, Lit Honey Productions. Now, he has been recently featured as an artist to watch in Buzz Music and Artenzza Magazines. Kinney aims to channel his personal struggles into positive artistic pieces that strike the hearts of alternative and mainstream listeners alike as his loyal following grows.
Nowah's new single "Beside You" strikes a similar aesthetic exuberance to his single ”Teardrops”. Heavy breakbeat drums mix with layers of modulated guitars and pleasingly effected vocals which strike a mood and resemblance to “Chamer of Reflection” by Mac Demarco. However, Nowah credits Kurt Cobain, Nirvana, and Tyler the Creator as some of his greatest influences at the moment.
