One Sentence.Supervisor: Ride of Passage
The last two years have been unsettling to say the least, and «Ride of Passage» reads like a script for these times: the new track by Swiss band One Sentence. Supervisor tells a story of change with a haunting rhythm and a bold bass line. Change in form of a ritual of passage, to remind ourselves that change is not only inevitable, but also that it's impossible to come out of change unaltered – all involved parties are transformed. Or as the song puts it: «I can see your/you're standing, but a ride of passage is nothing you can't survive».
The band themselves went through such a passage in the past two years, now they are back, «transformed» in every way. With 3 new band members, One Sentence. Supervisor continue to release Temporär Musik.
In short, everything is as before. And the good things remain good.
