Cinthia Rivas: "Butterfly Love"
With her debut single, “Butterfly Love” out now on all streaming platforms, Massachusetts born, Cinthia Rivas is starting her journey as an artist breaking onto the 2021 scene. Rivas began to express her talent for singing at the young age of 3 growing up in a family that embraced creative expression. Rivas mother recalls, “It was quite a show to see; she’ll have the living room looking like a stage with blankets from my bed to decorate into a stage. Then she would sing songs from Selena, Judy and finish with a song from Little Mermaid. At age 6, Cinthia took voice lessons and started singing at churches with her younger sister Sharisse. Then at age 9, she was in the church choir and from then on, she has been in many choirs. Rivas studied Music at Pacific Union College and continued her vocal studies after she received a degree in music from her alma mater. In 2021, she teamed up with Boston Based Record Label, Lit Honey Productions to produce her soulful blend of Pop, Hiphop, and Rnb textures. Her debut EP, “Diamonds In The Sky” is out on all streaming platforms August 27th. Rivas sites H.E.R., Jhene Aiko, and Doja Cat as influences. Caoba Records writes, “Butterfly Love is a beautiful song, performed with great sweetness and emotion. The song has an intimate and warm instrumentation, with a cozy sound, creating a moving musical atmosphere.”
