DCPA: "Silence" (VIP MIx)
DCPA demonstrates a transcendent approach to modern electronic dance music and draws influences from industry underdogs as well as mainstage festival headliners mostly in the genres of trance, progressive house, nu disco, and indie-alternative. DCPA mixes the original vocals by Misha (Marcia Sondeijker) with an all new high-powered blend of electro synth layers, 80’s rock drums and sultry 808 and bass guitar riffs. The result is a dynamic banger of an electro house track which holds up just about anywhere it’s played.
Growing up in Aledo, Texas – surrounded by a family of musicians, DCPA (Danny Hughes) was exposed to a broad spectrum of musical influences from an early age. Soon, he embarked on a creative journey of his own & discovered a passion for electronica. Through DCPA, he has found an outlet for his own approach to modern electronic music & hopes to inspire others with his uninhibited exploration of it. Recently, DCPA has enjoyed a rapidly growing number of public performances and successful track releases while working hard as a CPA and Sr. Manager at Whitley Penn LLP, and spending time with his dog, Tipsy.
