Josh Carlin: "Over My Head"
Josh Carlin is a 17 year old California-based new musician who writes, creates, and produces his own music. He sings and plays the guitar, drums, and piano. He was in a horrible accident a few years ago, and after a major brain and spine repair surgery, he was no longer able to surf, play sports, or participate in most activities his peers do. So he began focusing his time on music, learning new instruments, and playing around with production. In Josh’s own words “The loss and suffering that I have experienced early in life has helped me put raw emotion into my songs that my audience is able to connect with. I feel like my songs capture both the energy and angst of my generation.”
