D Rebal: "Ghost"
D Rebal hails from Oxford, Spent half his life in Cheshire and currently resides in Liverpool. Rebal has always been a creative but started taking music seriously in his second year of college. After honing his craft for several years he finally released his debut album "The Darkness" in 2019. A gritty dark honest album that depicts various aspects of life. From the opening track "May Morning" which contemplates the various paths black youths take in this country including his own (A subject matter which is all to current today and under scrutiny after the death of George Floyd), to tracks like "Jazz Lounge" which discusses the death of close ones. This album really shows Rebal's skill as an artist, as he has the ability to talk about conscious topics whilst making the music easy and enjoyable to listen to. And now he is following up his initial success with his latest single released today “Ghost”. With the foundations laid Rebal is looking to make a dent in the scene and begin the climb out of the underground.
