Lee Trent: Optimism
Lee Trent (formerly known as Trent Woods) is a recording artist from Martinsville, Virginia. After honing his craft in his hometown, Trent moved to Nashville to put his aspirations to the test.
Aside from creating his own music, he is also an arranger and working session musician. Despite 2020's uphill struggles, he released an E.P. titled "Sound and Sun" plus a blend of sonically diverse singles. His new single, "Optimism" embraces a new, more electronic soundscape while retaining Trent's humane warmth. His lyrics shine light on the elating, but striking feeling of meeting that special someone who you deeply yearn to adore.
