SRJ: "Pacific 101" ft. CC
SRJ is the artist name for electronic dance music producer Steven Richard Jones. After falling in love with this genre and the many sub-genres of this style of music when clubbing along to the likes of The Freemasons, Syke ‘n’ Sugastarr, Seamus Haji, Simmons and Christopher and Spencer + Hill at the legendary Beyond club in London, SRJ just knew instinctively that he had to make use of his musical background (A’Level Music and Grade 8 piano) and started his own independent dance label SRJ Productions around eight years ago.
His latest track 'Pacific 101 (Drive With Me)' is a collaboration with singer-songwriter/topliner Cc (Cecilia Stalin) and is dedicated to the beautiful drive along the Pacific 101 coastline in California. The downtempo style lends itself to a long car journey, enhanced by Cc's smooth, jazz-like vocals. You'll have your windows down/roof open, singing along to this summer gem.
