The Trust Fund Kids: "Hate Me Till You Hate Me No More"

The Trust Fund Kids: "Hate Me Till You Hate Me No More"

The brand new single, from New Jersey indie rock project The Trust Fund Kids, “Hate Me Till You Hate Me No More”. Over the last two years, the work of 21 year old songwriter Kevin Connor has slowly been building a dedicated online following, receiving coverage by The Needle Drop (via Twitter), The Deli Philly, The Alternative, and earned a spot on the year-end list of Little Dose of Indie. Now, this cult indie project, without a label or much dignity, soldiers forth into its next sonic reinvention. Moving on from the two previous albums (garage pop and fuzzy folk rock respectively) it signals it’s biggest shift into glitchy, neon-colored synthpop. It speaks to our times as much as it flees, in equal measure, as indie music's best kept secret or worst kept mistake, The Trust Fund Kids, makes their case as a frenetic, alternative pop group without losing their scrappy, caustic, DIY punk spirit.
