Rae Radick: "In A Memory"

Rae Radick: "In A Memory"

After releasing her first hit song from her new EP, Rae Radick is launching her next single and music video! Rae Radick has been a singer/songwriter since she was sixteen. Hailing from Bucks County, Pennsylvania, she’s lived in New York City for the last eight years.

Her blend of pop/country sets a new tone in music. She is a prime example voice of women’s struggle today: being fierce yet vulnerable, classy yet authentic, sexy yet respected, free, and finding your purpose and passion in an oversaturated, technology based, filtered world. She tours with the esteemed American Bombshells (Fox and Friends, Good Morning America) for the military and veterans, the Queen Mary in San Diego, CA, Capitol Hill Club in Washington, DC, Shea Stadium, and the Intrepid in NYC to name a few. Her music is also featured in independent feature films. She’s performed before Bret Michaels at Crocodile Rock Cafe in Allentown, PA and for College Mansion at the Hilton Hotel in Atlantic City. With the COVID-19 pandemic all live concerts were cancelled, so she will be focusing on social media marketing and establishing a community digitally.

Mixing her Pennsylvania roots with New York City’s spirit, her new single and video In A Memory has just been released. This vibe is a supreme balance of pop and country, with R&B inflections. This song is about the end of a relationship. Not because they stopped loving each other, but because their dreams were taking them in different directions. The story was inspired by a personal experience and real life struggles of break ups. This nostalgic song rides a fine line of pop, country, sad, and sexy. Working with the production company, Ghidrah Music in Brooklyn, all four songwriters wanted to capture a sound that reflects Rae’s influences: Kacey Musgraves, Keith Urban, and Hall & Oates. Her city surroundings paired with country roots have undoubtedly set the foundation for the song's vulnerability - In A Memory. As she often says. “My sound is like: if Kacey Musgraves and Keith Urban met up with Fleetwood Mac for drinks.”
