Dave Hedeman and The Gone Ghosts return with new single “Cannonball” Body: The Gone Ghosts—the alt-country rockers from North Carolina—released their new single “Cannonball” this past weekend. And as strong as the new song is, what’s even more exciting is that it’s the prelude to the band’s first full-length album NO VOICE TO THE WICKED set to release this June.
“Cannonball” hits it out of the park for the Ghosts, led by Dave Hedeman, who pours out into the song about personal loss, defeats, and overcoming those challenges. The theme comes through as deeply emotional, but also uplifting— and not lacking in adrenaline.
