Liamosino: "Samhraí Imithe"

Liamosino announces debut solo single, ‘Samhraí Imithe’, just released through Birmingham based independent record label, Setting Son Records.

‘Samhraí Imithe’ features cascading layers of phased guitars, intertwining with Liamosino’s fluttering psychedelic vocals. The sound is expansive and transcendental, which marries well with the style and enigmatic personality of Liamosino himself.

Finding recognition as frontman of Birmingham ‘psych-rock’ band, Brain Food, Liamosino has stepped into a solo platform with the full backing of the underground music community. Not only known for his masterful guitar playing but also being one of the only people to successfully pull off a full velvet suit, the ability to connect with the audience so effectively from the stage is what makes his shows so intriguing. With influences ranging from Conan Mockasin to Dur Dur Band to George Clinton and beyond, the spectrum of sound brought together in one place leads ample room for experimentation.

‘Samhraí Imithe’ is released through Birmingham based independent record label Setting Son Records, whose roster includes The Hungry Ghosts and The Lizards. The label has introduced a variety of live showcase events, the last of which saw Liamosino open for Dan Lyons at the Hare and Hounds, Kings Heath.

Liamosino will be announcing further dates for live performances soon.
