NAES London + Abby Roberston: "Leave U"
Danish electronic producer and DJ-artist, Naes London, has enlisted the rising Nashville vocalist Abby Robertson for his first 2020-single ‘Leave U’. The new single melds Abby's honest and warm vocals with Naes' contemporary and uncompromising production to captivating effect, a perfect team up from two interesting young acts. However, “Leave U” shows Naes musical direction, taking a more pop and dance-leaning form. Released on the imprint Paradise Circus.
In speaking of the song Naes said: “''Leave U'' is a heartfelt pop and dance track featuring Abby Robertson, about taking a difficult but necessary step to end a bad relationship, while at the same time reflecting over why we sometimes stay with someone, even though we know it won't end well. The song is characterized by ambient sounds, that along with filtered horns and keys makes emotional verses, leading up to a huge chorus played out by synths and vocal chops.”
Martin Naes, 24, is a Copenhagen-based producer and DJ-artist, mostly known as Naes London. He writes music best described as a contemporary and uncompromising combination of trap, pop and future bass, allowing a variety of melodramatic mainstream songs and festival bangers. Besides producing, Naes has a degree in Marketing and Graphic Designs.
Less than a year after Naes London released his first single ‘Burn This Town’ his music has been streamed more than 100.000 times on Spotify & SoundCloud, and have several tracks recommended by ‘KarriereKanonen’, by Denmarks Radio. Naes’ single ‘Bulletproof’ gained great blog coverage and was promoted by several YouTube channels, who all together has reached more than 300.000 views. The young producer from Denmark have as well played some very energetic shows in Copenhagen, Denmark and is a true rising talent on the electronic dance music scene.
