NewAir: "Polaris" feat. Federica Giovi
Released on Friday 15th May on radio and on all digital platforms “Polaris”, by NewAir, self-produced and self-distributed by NewAir himself, producer, composer and performer of the Roman music scene. Polaris, anticipates the ep Eden, third chapter of the musical version of the Divine Comedy of NewAir.
The single, thanks to the featuring with the singer Federica Glovi, presents very open pop sounds combined with an instrumental of dance's character, while always keeping in mind the alternative element and electronic music, characteristics of NewAir from the beginning, thanks to the synthpop and electropop. Polaris, therefore, is a passage that gives hope, anticipates the ascent to Eden, the earthly paradise, telling us that life is "a matter of Karma" and that "new hope within me" will be found.
NewAir has come this far, starting from Animae first ep of this personal, as well as musical, version of Dante's Comedy, where the much darker and more introspective sounds and a rap that attacked, expressed the fall and the damnation of the soul in the Hell. With the ep before Eden, Redemptio, characterized by a union between rap, electropop and synthpop, NewAir told of how the soul had gone back to purgatory, changed by its infernal journey, more aware and ready for go on, towards Polaris and then towards paradise, Eden, the final chapter of NewAir's journey.
Gabriele Carone, aka NewAir, is a producer, composer and performer from Rome, where he has his own production studio. He also works on the production of songs for third parties and is open to wide-ranging collaborations, ranging from electronic music to Rap and Trap.
