Ralf Dee: "Regen, Regen komm"

RALF DEE is a solo artist from Germany. He is playing guitar, bass and sometimes a cajon with a pedal and harmonica. He has released an EP, three albums and three singles since 2008. In 2017 Glück gehabt, the first album with German lyrics came out. Since then he has been writing in German language continuously and the singles Schuld sind immer nur die anderen, Die Ruhe vor der Flaute and Heute ist lange her followed. His style can be described as a blend of Blues-Rock, IndieRock Folk and Alt-Country. Surprisingly, you can hear electronic beats and sounds on his new release Regen, Regen komm (freely translated: "rain, rain come") now. Due to the lockdown situation during the corona crisis, RALF DEE recorded everything without real drums at home this time and sent the tracks to his sound engineer and co-producer Dennis Kizilirmak who skillfully added drum beats and samples and created an exciting mix of styles. The story behind the song is about the corona crisis as well, in particular about the ignorance of some people during the lockdown. If you're open-minded towards unusual combinations and genre mixes, you will be captivated by the mesmerizing Regen, Regen komm quickly.
